Mission for the role:
Own and optimize the customer lifecycle from first interaction to long-term loyalty across our e-commerce and loan product verticals. Drive Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), increase repeat engagement, and reduce churn by delivering personalized, data-driven, and automated campaigns rooted in customer behavior and performance analytics.
You will be the key connector between data, strategy, and execution turning insights into journeys that grow value for both the customer and the business.
Outcomes | Success Metrics:
- Conduct a full audit of lifecycle campaigns.
- Design and launch new lifecycle journeys.
- Improve CLV and retention metrics.
- Leverage segmentation & analytics.
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
- Deliver measurable revenue impact.
Competencies:
- Lifecycle Marketing Execution: 3 - 5 years leading lifecycle marketing in e-commerce, fintech, or subscription services. Hands-on with building journeys, setting triggers, and iterating campaigns for ROI.
- Data-Driven Decision Making Expert in using CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and customer insights to inform tactics. Strong grasp of CLV, cohort analysis, churn, and funnel performance.
- Customer-Centric Optimization Deep understanding of behavior-based targeting, journey design, and personalization. Knows how to drive engagement by thinking like the customer.
- Strategic Agility with Operational Depth Can zoom out to design full lifecycle strategy, then zoom in to tweak subject lines, A/B test segments, or update trigger logic all in the same day.
- KPI Ownership Obsessed with performance. Regularly tracks, reports, and acts on campaign impact and retention metrics.
- Clear, Cross-Functional Communication Collaborates easily with product, tech, and sales teams. Translates insights into action plans, clearly and concisely.
- Executional Excellence Highly organized, self-directed, and fast-moving. Prioritizes effectively and delivers consistently in agile, high-growth environments.

Compensation:
We take an individual approach to each candidate, assessing their skills, experience, and contributions to the company while also considering personal goals and growth ambitions.
The offered salary is starting from EUR 3000 per month gross with room for growth.
